1. PERSONAL
COACHING FOR INSPIRATION, ACTION, RESULTS
Discover possibilities, remove barriers and plan the action steps that will
help you realize your potential. Choose something you would like to work on
and allow yourself to focus and enjoy the process.
Our sessions might cover:
Clarifying your life's purpose and defining your intentions, then planning the
action steps that will support those purposes;
Figuring out how to get a business or project off the ground;
Rising to the next level of success in what you do;
Crafting a life that balances its many aspects;
Empowering your creative self through specific projects that you want to start;
OR,
Responding to any of the dreams that live in your heart and want to become more.
2. WAKING UP: Are you using or loosing energy?
How do you see where and who you are right now? Especially in terms of making
the contribution you are here in this lifetime to make? Where do you imagine
you are going? Imagine that your life energy flows down a pipe toward your "goals"
like water flows to a garden. Is the pipe clear and open? What would it take to clear
the flow so that you can make a blooming garden of your dreams and intentions
for yourself?
This retreat focuses on discerning who you are in your heart, what you are here in this lifetime to contribute and how best to make that contribution. Wake up to who you really are and how you are using your energy so that the flow can serve the possibilities in your life.
3. CONNECTING TIME, MONEY, AND SPIRIT
When we become blocked, we often blame it on our lack of money or our lack of
time. The truth is that the actual block is our own feeling of constriction,
our sense of powerlessness and a barrenness of spirit. The goal in this retreat
is to intervene in the time and money madness that drives us and to begin a
recovery process that will reveal the abundance that is already available to
us for the creation of the lives we are here to lead.
This retreat
will offer you a chance to explore your attitudes about time and money through
a variety of creative exercises. There will be time to think, play, feel, exercise,
and rest.
4. RECLAIMING JOY, RESTORING BALANCE
Time to listen to your own inner voice and develop fresh approaches to handling
life's challenges so that you can be an agent of your own transformation. This
retreat will offer you a chance to awaken to your Greater Self; respond to your
unacknowledged yearnings; listen to your inner voice and meet yourself in love
and light. Explore your possible self through creative exercises, movement,
silence, time stretching, and playing in nature.
Pause and greet the mystery within yourself along with the wilderness around you. The potential for stretching your body and mind in the crisp mountain air guaranteed!
5. CREATIVITY AS A SPIRITUAL PATH
Give yourself the luxury of time and space to explore the dreams that are most
true for you. You do not have to be "an artist" in the traditional
sense of being a writer, painter, musician, or sculptor
nor even aspire
to being one. This is rather an opportunity to forge a creative alliance with
the Great Creator. Choose the way you want to live your life
discover how
prodigal the universe is in support of us when we are clear about who we are
and what we are doing.
This retreat will empower you to midwife and witness your own creative progression as your imagination is spurred and your spirit is set free.
6. FOSTERING SOUL IN A DISQUIETED WORLD: Creating Spaces
and Places that Hold You
A 2-4-day intensive retreat including experiential, creative, and reflective
time to examine your soul's connection to home and place. Do the places in your
life nourish and transform you?
Do you live in place or on top of place? What is your ground or the place you
move from into the world? Discover the core, personal elements of your soul's
place.
This retreat will help you discover the depths and intelligence of your imaginal capacity.
7. CREATIVE ENCOUNTERS: VISUAL ART AS AN INSTRUMENT OF
PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING
What if imagination and art are not frosting at all, but the fountainhead of
human experience?
Rollo May
Vranna Sue will guide you through stimulating exercises designed to liberate
your creative spirit and enliven your imagination. Even those who do not think
they have it in them to create art will find themselves able to enjoy the processes
and take pleasure in using a variety of techniques, materials, and suggestions
guaranteed to awaken your capacity for inspired expression. Visualize, fantasize,
dream and experiment with various mediums that will become the mediators between
your imagination and its expression. Absolutely no experience necessary.
